
Riande Gastronomy

Since two years ago the Riande Hotels has been graced with the young catalan chef David Quesada Pascual, who has brought a new culinary concept merger to Panama.
He studied at the School of Hospitality Joviat Manresa, Barcelona Spain, with his natural taste for fusion food this lead him to create a gourmet menu based on the combination of national and international cuisine.
His career, which makes 22 years as professor at the Culinary School in Barcelona Spain Hoffman international institution that has been awarded with a Michelin Star. At this prestigious school he lectured cooking and pastry for 8 years. To discuss his achievements we can highlight his teachings and award for Best Pastry Charter in the Gourmet Tour Guide.
In 1997 he takes his first steps in the kitchen as a great professional in hospitality by excelling his pastry performance featured in the bachelorette of Infant Cristina de Borbón, held at the Hotel Rey Juan Carlos I, (rated 5 Stars Deluxe Hotel).
Currently, chef David Quesada Pascual is the executive chef at the Hotel Riande (Riande Granada Urban Hotel) and partner in our catering Xoco Art, which specializes in pastry dishes and catering services.
